AQ Die Casting provides a full range of casting services ranging from precision carburetor components to Mil Spec aircraft parts. We specialize in thin-wall aluminum and zinc castings. Our staff of specialists can assist in the design of parts to enhance the finished product and realize the optimum tooling designs across different product configurations.
EA Metal Finishing provides complete plating and finishing services ranging from commercial to Mil Spec requirements. With over 100 special plating processes, EA Metal Finishing can accommodate those special requirements needed to meet specific applications. Dozens of surface treatments can be applied to almost any material.
The integrated operations of the three companies allow total solutions for your interconnection, casting, and metal finishing needs. Our quality program meets or exceeds the requirements of Mil-I-45208 and Mil-Std-45662. We also meet ISO requirements as audited by major prime contractors such as Boeing, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed, Raytheon, and IAI.
